What is a pinsa?
A pinsa is like the cousin of pizza, which comes from Rome. Instead of being round, it is usually oval and has a dough that consists of a special mixture of three types of flour and rests for a long time – a whole 72 hours! This makes the dough super airy and easy to digest, almost like a cloud in the mouth. Pinsas are topped with tasty things like tomato sauce, mozzarella and sometimes also Gouda cheese. The big difference to pizza is that the pinsa is crispier on the outside and fluffier on the inside, which makes it special and totally delicious!
How our burgers are prepared
Our burgers are a home game for your taste: each one is made fresh and with lots of love by us. We take only the best meat, season it and shape it into large, juicy patties, which we then fry to perfection. This means they are a little crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. Before we serve them to you, we place them between fresh bread rolls and make them extra tasty with our homemade sauces and fresh toppings. So every bite brings a piece of “home” to your plate!
